Service Description

Coaching sessions will be based on the Initial Assessment of the individual and as a check-in with the individual. The session will be based on previously assigned homework or tasks to be completed and engage in active conversations centered on the progress, difficulties, and strategies moving forward to address specific concerns shared or identified. Self Assessment, Transition Coaching, Goal Setting, Time Management, Check in Calls/Video Sessions.
